Australian Visit & Expansion
AMP Power Protection are excited to announce that we are expanding into Australia.
We have recently been awarded contracts to supply Rugged Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to support critical equipment for various applications on the Australian Hunter Class ships currently being built by BAE Systems in the UK. This follows on from the contracts from the UK Navy for the T26 Global Combat Ship, Hunter Class is variant of the T26 modified for the Australian Navy.
AMP Power Protection will be partnering with Electro Data & Generation (ED&G), an Australian company with a long established reputation in the field of mechanical and electrical products, design, manufacture, supply installation and support. ED&G are an approved partner of several original equipment manufacturer UPS companies and are a perfect fit to help AMP Power Protection establish full local representation to support the Hunter class project and other ventures in the Australian market. We are delighted to be working with ED&G due to their stellar reputation in the electrical .
Our CEO, Andy Parfitt, will be visiting Australia for two weeks between 2nd -15th November to oversee the expansion into Australia. He will be visiting clients across Sydney and Adelaide and attending the Indo Pacific Maritime Exposition on 7th-9th November, which will be held in the International Convention Centre, Sydney.
